Because each time slot and practitioner’s time is reserved specifically for you, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:
Service Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Please note: Each practitioner has their own late cancellation or no-show policy, which may vary. Policies are subject to change at the discretion of the individual therapist.
Product Refunds
If you purchased any retail products (such as skincare or wellness goods), unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened or used items are non-refundable for safety and hygiene reasons.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates and credits are non-refundable but are transferable and may be used toward any available service.
