Appointments & Services

All services at Port Royal Wellness Collective are performed by independent practitioners. Each practitioner manages their own schedule and area of expertise but operates under the shared mission of promoting holistic well-being.

 

Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session. Late arrivals may result in shortened service times.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid penalties.

  • Each practitioner has their own cancellation policy and may modify it at any time.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future appointments.

 

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, cash, and checks.

Client Comfort & Conduct

We ask that all guests maintain a respectful and peaceful environment. Services are provided with professionalism, privacy, and discretion.
